A bail hearing was re-scheduled on Friday for a man named as an accessory to an attempted murder in Wallaceburg.
Jessy Elder, 18, is facing two counts of obstructing police and one count of being an accessory to an attempted murder, stemming from a May 20 altercation at Sam’s Hotel in Wallaceburg.
As a result of the altercation, a 19-year-old Walpole Island man was left with critical head injuries.
Reports say a defence lawyer for Elder said more time was needed to prepare for the hearing.
