No one has filed their papers yet in Ward 4 – North Kent for the upcoming municipal election.
Incumbents Leon Leclair and Joe Faas has yet to state their intentions.
Leclair led the way in voting during the 2010 election, gathering 2,103 votes.
Faas was second with 1,850 votes.
Also running in the 2010 election in North Kent was Mary Anne Udvari, Robert Kominek, Aaron Neaves and Keith Pretty.
Neaves, the former president of CAW 127, is ineligible to run in this years election after failing to file proper financial records from the 2010 election.
The deadline date and time to accept a nomination paper is September 12, 2014 during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This is the last day you may submit a nomination paper to the Clerk to be eligible to run for an office in the 2014 Municipal Election.
Election day is Oct. 27.
