Another name has been added to the mix in Ward 1 – West Kent.
Rudy Toews has filed and will be running for one of two positions on Chatham-Kent council in Ward 1.
Toews joins incumbent Bryon Fluker and newcomers Mark Authier and Holly Sullivan as candidates in West Kent.
Election day is Oct. 27.
