 The third annual Wallaceburg Ribfest is in full swing. Currently many community members are enjoying some of the many favourable ribs and enjoying a night full of live music. The Mackison band takes the stage until 11 p.m tonight so there is still time to come out and experience the kickoff of Ribfest 2014! There’s a variety of many different delicious foods to choose from including: ribs, chicken, fries, sausages as well as beverages at the licensed bar.
Antonio Goncalves, one of the volunteers for this year says today is going well with the turnout.
“It’s going great it’s a great show. The food and music is awesome. Everyone is just having a good time. This is my first time helping out with the Kinsmen. I like to be here to interact with other people that I haven’t seen in a very long time”.
Wallaceburg Council and Kinsmen Life Member, Sheldon Parsons says today has been a great turnout.
“Everyone is having a great time! Everybody is welcome to come out and enjoy the ribs and good music. We’ll be going on all day tomorrow and Sunday!”.
