Another candidate has filed their papers, and is becoming the 20th candidate in Ward 6 – Chatham.
Bruce Caldwell is taking a crack at becoming one of six Councillors representing Chatham-Kent’s most-populated Ward.
Caldwell gathered 1,783 votes in the 2010 election, finishing in 15th place out of 21 canddiates.
