The Municipality of Chatham-Kent’s internet voting begins Tuesday October 14 at 9:00 a.m. and will run 24 hours a day until October 20 at 2:00 p.m.

Any voter wishing to vote by electronic ballot will need their Elector ID which is located on their voter card as well as an e-mail address.

Two easy steps are all it takes to vote online. Step one includes registering and getting your pin number and step two is completing your ballot to submit.

If voters run into any issues, there will be an internet voting helpline available by calling 519-360-1998.

If voters do not have access to the internet or a computer, they can visit one of Chatham-Kent’s 11 libraries or the Erieau book deposit during regular hours and use an internet voting station to cast their ballots.

Questions can be directed to 519-360-1998 or ckclerk@chatham-kent.ca .
