“If you have any type of issues with any products, whether it is something that we sell or you bought at a Home Depot, Sears, the Craftsman products, any products like that, we would love to service your products,” said Rob Northcott, one of the owners of DNR.
Northcott said DNR have signed service contracts with most of the major engine manufacturers and also with many of the riding equipment that is manufactured in North America.
“In doing so, we have to have a minimum amount of parts available and I take pride in our large parts department. We stock a lot of parts but sometimes it will take two days maximum, sometimes three for getting parts ordered in. However, most of them we can get the next day.”
Northcott added: “Parts and service is a big thing to keep everybody up and running especially at this time of year. We pride ourselves in our work in that aspect. DNR has factory authorized technicians for many brands that we sell and also for brands that we are authorized to service. We strive to have a good turnaround time for repairs to get you back in the field mowing as soon as possible. The service shop is busy so book ahead for any service requirements you may need.”
