Stuffed mushrooms

14 mushrooms
2 1/3 oz (70 g) Canadian Blue cheese, cut into 14 pieces
Breadcrumbs
Fresh thyme
Balsamic glaze

Directions
1. Remove stems and place mushroom caps in a baking dish.Stuff each mushroom with Blue cheese and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
2. Cook in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 5–7 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with thyme, drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
