On Tuesday November 3rd, 2015 at approximately 1:25 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to a commercial motor vehicle roll-over collision in the area of 401 Highway eastbound just east of Communication Road, Municipality of Chatham-Kent.
Chatham-Kent OPP is currently at the scene of a commercial motor vehicle roll-over at 401 Highway eastbound just east of Communications Road, Municipality of Chatham-Kent.
One occupant involved in the collision has been transported by EMS to hospital with unknown injuries.
401 Highway eastbound at Communications Road will be closed for an unknown period of time for investigative purposes and to allow the commercial motor vehicle to be removed and the highway cleared of debris.
This investigation is on-going and charges are pending.
The road has since re-opened.
