How does the Wallaceburg Wellness Centre celebrate the Downtown Wallaceburg Holiday Open House?
With samples, draws, prizes and a free yoga class of course.
“We are going to be showcasing great gift ideas, gift certificate ideas from all of our practitioners,” said Cathy Cogghe, owner of the 22 Wellington Ave. business. “Free draws for products and baskets and samples of some of our new foods.”
The free yoga class will take place from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 19.
Cathy said they will also be showcasing their new raw chocolate line, Giddy Yo – and much more.
“We will be sampling some our RISE Kombucha. We will be sampling some of our snack lines, dips and things like that. We have lots of things to feather your nest and make it cozy and happy. The gift shop, our market.”
Cathy said many of her 10 practitioners at the Wallaceburg Wellness Centre will be on hand for the BIA’s open house event.
“We have 4 RMT’s, we have a grief counselor and a psychotherapist,” she said. “We have Carla Everaert our full time esthetician, we have Jacklyn Watson who is our Fascial Stretch Therapist. We have a Homeopath who is with us on a monthly basis. We have our instructors myself and Jackie Aarssen-VanderLinden upstairs in the studio.”
Cathy said they have new practitioners here as well.
“We have Julie Parker, RMT, Laura Langstaff, RMT, Leigh-Anne Perrin-Brown just joined us for Grief Recovery Services. She has a whole package she would like to show people. Most of us will be kicking around.
Cathy added arla Everaert will be showcasing Eminence Organic skin care line. The RMT’s will be holding draws. I think we all are holding draws. So lots of free draws and lots of ways to get to know the practitioners here by asking about their services and finding out about classes and products.”
Cathy said the three they always say at the Centre is “we have got services, products and classes for your wellness.
“That night we will be offering samples and showcases of all of them,” she said.
The Wallaceburg BIA is hosting their annual downtown Wallaceburg Holiday Open House on Thursday, November 19 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Many downtown merchants will be offering specials, in-store promotions, samples and much more.
