Goose Feathers will have a lineup of new products on display Thursday evening at the Downtown Wallaceburg Holiday Open House.
Sally Mahoney, owner of the business, said they will have some special discounts available during the BIA event.
“Between 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. we are taking 20% off everything in the store that is normally regular price and we are going to have no tax,” she said.
“All the customers that come in between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. will have their names go in for a draw for a $50 basket that will be drawn at 6 p.m.”
Sally said from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. customers who come in will have their names go in for another draw on a different $50 basket.
“We have got lots of new merchandise,” she said. “We just got back from Toronto. We really put a lot of emphasis on that. New purses, high end celebrity styled jewelry. Scarves, cashmere capes ,scarves, and beautiful pashminas.”
Sally said there will be 90% off some select items in the store.
“I have got a lot of purses to bring out,” she said. “At least 50 purses. Some are leather. I have got calfskin leather purses and gorgeous colours. A lot of beautiful stuff. We are really excited about it.”
The Wallaceburg BIA is hosting their annual downtown Wallaceburg Holiday Open House on Thursday, November 19 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Many downtown merchants will be offering specials, in-store promotions, samples and much more.
