Wallaceburg’s Patrick Wilbur has created this editorial cartoon and submitted it to the Sydenham Current, in order to express his feelings about the latest situation with the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.
Wilbur is referring to some of the highlights of the plan by the Public General and St. Joseph’s hospital board’s for Wallaceburg – which includes no ER in Wallaceburg, and an Emergency Access Model open for 16 hours a day from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
He appears to be offering up some new marketing ideas as well?
