The Sombra Township Optimist Club will be hosting their 12th Annual Car Show at beautiful Brander Park in Port Lambton Ontario on Saturday June 18 th 2016, between 8am to 8pm.
The car show features numerous classic and late model cars. The Optimists also have a food booth and a licensed refreshment tent to sit in and relax while enjoying a live band and the magnificent scenery that the car show and the St Clair River have to offer.
For the children we have Soapbox Races with registration at 9am and practice runs starting at 10am.
Dotsy the Clown will be on hand from noon to 2pm to do face painting for the children.
A new registration format has been adopted to get those displaying their vehicles in quickly and parked. Registration ($10 per vehicle) will only occur on the day of the event.
Spectators are free.
