3 cups cooked orzo, cooled
1⁄4 cup lightly toasted walnuts, chopped
1 small zucchini, grated or chopped
1 carrot, grated or sliced
1⁄4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
12 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1⁄4 cup raisins
1⁄4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 1⁄2 table spoon lemon juice
2 table spoons olive oil
1⁄2 tea spoon salt

1. Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir well.
2. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
