A Dresden man is back in custody after allegedly breaching some release conditions.
Chatham-Kent police officials say on July 29, 2015 a man entered into a Probation Order with several conditions.
One of those conditions stated that he was not to communicate with a specific Dresden woman.
On January 21, 2016 the man was released from custody with several conditions, again with one being not communicate with this woman.
This week on May 31, officers responded to a domestic disturbance in Dresden.
The woman was arrested and charged with breach of probation.
The man fled the area prior to police arrival, however he was located yesterday in Chatham and taken into custody.
The 50-year-old Dresden man has been charged with failing to comply and breach of probation.
He was transported to the courthouse pending a bail hearing.
