Mrs. Marjorie Simon, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at the Chatham-Kent Hospice, in Chatham, at the age of 87.
Marjorie was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late James and Eleanor (Lawrence) Garnett.
Beloved wife of the late Gabor Simon (2010).
Loving mother of Victoria Rublik, Paul (Monica) Seys and Mary Josephine Hollingsworth.
Sadly missed by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her grandson, Aaron Rublik, her brothers Lloyd, Earl, Nelson, George, Donald and her sisters Anne Hajek, Betty Swain and Marion Garnett.
The late Marjorie Simon rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
Cremation will take place. A Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Chatham-Kent Hospice may be left at the funeral home.
