A Wallaceburg man is facing a future court date after breaching his release conditions.
On October 30, 2015 the man was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to attend the CKPS Wallaceburg Service Centre every Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to sign-in.
On Friday, July 22, 2016 the man, without lawful excuse, failed to sign-in as per his release conditions.
Yesterday afternoon, the man attended the police station to sign in, two days late.
He was previously cautioned for being late earlier in the month and back in April so on this date, the 25-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested and charged with failing to comply.
He was released pending a future court date of August 16, 2016.
