Due to the potential mail disruption, Employment & Social Services Division’s contingency plan will allow Ontario Works clients to pick up their cheques at the Employment & Social Services offices.
Please note that starting in September 2016, people receiving social assistance can use their Ontario Health Card to access the Ontario Drug Benefit program. The paper drug card will not be required to access drug benefits.
Clients can pick up their Ontario Works cheques and statements at the following dates and locations:
