Final arrest made in Jonathan Pike homicide case

The Sarnia Police travelled to Kitchener to make an arrest in relation to an on-going murder investigation.

Police officials say on August 24, 2016 members of the Sarnia Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch and COPPS Unit attended Kitchener, Ontario to complete the arrest of Victoria Burridge, 27 years of age, who was wanted on an outstanding warrant related to the Jonathan Pike homicide.

The accused was located by the Waterloo Regional Police during another investigation they were conducting.

Burridge was transported back to Sarnia where she attended a bail hearing the next morning and remains in custody.

Burridge was wanted for the charge of Accessory After the Fact to Murder.

All three people that are accused in this matter involving the murder of Jonathan Pike are now in custody.

Mr. Pike, who was 26 years of age, was found deceased in a wooded area at the south end of Tashmoo Avenue in the City of Sarnia on March 25, 2016.
