Police are investigating after a car crashed into a house in Ridgetown.
Chatham-Kent police officials say just before 2 a.m. this morning, emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle collision on Erie Street South as a truck left the roadway and struck a house.
Luckily, no one was home at the time.
One person was transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance with non-life-threatening injuries.
Damage was estimated at $50,000.
The collision remains under investigation.
