Riversite Realty will be open “after-hours” on Thursday for the Wallaceburg BIA Holiday Open House.
“Come on in and meet the team… it’s what it’s all about,” said Karen Melton, one of the nine realtors at the downtown Wallaceburg business.
“We will have our doors open and we’ll have some hot apple cider and some Christmas goodies. Come and talk to us. If you have some questions about real estate, we are there.”
Riversite will have all their listings posted up as well.
“If there is something in particular that you are looking for and it’s not listed, maybe it will be listed in the next couple of weeks.”
All of the realtors will be present at the Open House.
“They will be in and out sometime throughout the evening,” Melton said.
“There is nine of us so we kind of float. We will be in and out.”
Downtown James Street will be closed to vehicle traffic on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The open house is slated to take place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The event will feature in-store promotions, draws, visits from Santa and his elves, horse and carriage rides, Christmas carolers and a chance to win $250 in BIA bucks.
