Police looking to ID attempted tablet thief

The Chatham-Kent Police Service are looking for the public’s help to identify a would-be tablet thief in Chatham.

Police officials say on November 29 around 6 p.m. this man attempted to steal $800 worth of tablets from Walmart on St. Clair Street in Chatham.

The man was stopped by a loss prevention officer and fled the area without any items.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying this man.
