Mr. Dean Roebuck, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Fairfield Park, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 98.
Dean was born in Sombra Township and was a son of the late George and Annie (Creighton) Roebuck.
Predeceased by his wives, Vira and Stella.
Father of Shirley Roebuck.
Brother of Ken Roebuck.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his brothers Frank and Harry and his sisters Florence, Muriel, Ruby and Helen.
He will be sadly missed by his Fairfield Park family.
Dean was a veteran of World War II, was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 18 and had farmed for many years in the Sombra area.
Friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon, with the Funeral service immediately following visitation at 12 noon from the Chapel of the funeral home.
Interment to follow in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the War Amps may be left at the funeral home.
