One of Chatham-Kent’s ‘Most Wanted’ suspects has turned herself into the authorities.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say on January 17, 2017 a woman was released from police custody for the offences of fail to attend court, theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by a crime under $5,000.
She was required to attend court on January 31, 2017, but failed to do so.
A warrant was issued for her arrest.
Yesterday just before 1 p.m. a 30-years Wallaceburg woman turned herself in at the courthouse.
She was arrested on the warrant and then released with a future court date of February 21, 2017.
