Lana Polkinghorne’s Cranberry Conserve

Combine
1 bag (3cups) of cranberries and 1 cup water in a pan
Boil and then simmer for 5-8min ( berries will pop)

Add
2 ¼ cups white sugar
¾ cup crushed pineapple
1 orange diced

Simmer for 20min stirring frequently

Pour into sterilized jars and seal

Makes 3 ¾ cups
