Mr. John Wayne Davis, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Riverview Gardens, in Chatham, at the age of 65 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s.
John, born in Chatham and raised in Wallaceburg, lived most of his adult life in Sarnia until the last few years. He was the son of Ruby (Tomlin) Davis and the late Lloyd Davis. Kind brother and brother-in-law of Bill (Maureen) Davis, Georgina (Edward) Andrews and Marlene Davis. Predeceased by his brother Larry Davis of Wallaceburg.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
At John’s request, cremation will take place.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to Sick Kids Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Society may be left at the funeral home.
