The Wallaceburg Red Devils started their 2017 Junior ‘B’ lacrosse season on a winning note on Thursday.
The Red Devils traveled to London and pounded the Blue Devils by a score of 20-2.
Carter Hastings led the way with 4 goals and 3 assists, while Tanner Cole scored 4 goals and added 1 assist.
Corey Lucier had a seven-point night, with 2 goals and 5 assists.
Even Mathany added 3 goals and 3 assists and Parker Gilhuly had 2 goals and 3 assists.
Wallaceburg out-shot London 71-22.
Noble Jacobs picked up the win in goal, making 20 saves.
The Red Devils home opener is on Saturday, April 22 at Wallaceburg Memorial Arena.
They’ll be facing the Elora Mohawks.
The game gets underway at 4 p.m.
