Nominations for election as a Director at the Annual General Meeting of the Corporation may be made through the Nominating Committee only by:
i) The nominating Committee of the Board, or
ii) Members of the Corporation, provided that each nomination by Members:
a. Is in writing and sign by at least (5) Members in good standing;
b. Is accompanied by a written declaration signed by the nominee that the
Nominee will serve as a Director in accordance with the By-Laws if elected;
c. Is submitted to and received by the Secretary at least fourteen(14) days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
d. Is accompanied by a letter outlining the nominee’s skills and qualifications
