Madge Marie Yax of Kelowna, British Columbia and formerly of Wallaceburg, Ontario, died peacefully in Kelowna on April 21, 2017.
Madge has gone home to join her predeceased family; daughter Brenda and parents Hugh and Cecile White. Beloved wife of fifty eight years to Wheeler. Madge is also survived by her sons John, Rodney (Tammy) and Devan (Nina) and mother-in-law to three families. Dear Nanny to Kolby, Shawn, Justin, Blondelle, Brittney, Brandace, Koral and Kefton and Great-Nanny of Ella, Rowen, Payton and Parker. Sister of Jack White. Madge will be missed by her sisters –in-law, nieces, nephews, and numerous family and friends.
Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be celebrated by Fr. Chris Gillespie at Riverview Cemetery in Wallaceburg on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 11 AM. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg.
