Gerard “Gary” Lubbers, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at the age of 74.
Gerard is the son of the late Geert and Stina Lubbers. Beloved husband of Sandra (McDonald). Loving father of Gary Robert Wayne Lubbers (Tammy) and Melony Christine Lubbers. Cherished grandfather of Roy Thomas Gerard Lubbers. Dear brother of Mina (Bill), the late Bert, (surviving spouse Joan), the late Peter (late Alice), the late John (surviving spouse Edith) Diny (late Ebel), Jim (late Audrey) Ken (Linda) Late Alice (late Ken) and Minnie (Bob). He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral service in the chapel on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 1 PM. Interment at Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
