Barbara Bishop, a resident of Wallaceburg, died peacefully at Fairfield Park on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the age of 87.
Barbara is the daughter of the late Leslie John & Olive (Arms) Jeffs. Beloved wife of Derek Bishop. Loving mother of Corinne Courteaux (David) and grandmother of Angela Wade (Craig) and Christopher Courteaux. Dear great grandmother of Madeline, Lucas, Melody, Liam, Landon, Lily, Leo, Lauren and Caden. Sister of John Jeffs (Joyce) and the late Leslie Jeffs. Sister-in-law of Ruth Jeffs and Pam Jeffs. Aunt of Andrew (Jaclyn), Mark (Melissa) and the late Ian (Ann-Marie) Jeffs. Barbara was a Seamstress and owned Ms. Tailor.
She loved music and dancing. The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 2-4 PM on Saturday May 20, with the funeral to follow at 4 PM. Cremation will follow.
