1 ball (700 g) frozen pizza dough, thawed
1 cup Catelli Tomato & Basil Pizza Sauce
3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 cup thin pepperoni slices
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
1 egg, beaten
1. Heat oven to 425°F.
Divide dough into 6 equal portions. Pat each portion into 6-inch circle on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
2. Mix pizza sauce and Parmesan in medium bowl. Add pepperoni and shredded cheese; mix lightly. Spread onto half of each dough round; fold in half. Firmly press edges together with fork to seal. Brush with egg; prick tops with fork.
3. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool 5 min.
