Vandamme picks up win for Red Devils, Wallaceburg baseball scores

Red Devils top Blue Devils

Emily Vandamme picked up her second win in a row for the Wallaceburg Red Devils, who beat the London Blue Devils 13-8 on Tuesday night at the Nichols Recreation Centre.

Vandamme made 28 saves in the win.

She also helped out her own cause by picking up an assist.

Tyler Brown led the offensive attack for Wallaceburg with a 7-point night, 3 goals and 4 assists.

Carter Hastings and Vern Hill each had 2 goals and 2 assists for 4 points.

Tyler Davis had 2 goals and 1 assist, Evan Mathany had 1 goal and 2 assists, Ryan Noel scored twice and Cam Bechard also scored a goal.

Wallaceburg will hit the road on Saturday in Point Edward, before playing host to Six Nations on Sunday at 3 p.m.

– The Legion Branch 18 Ladies Auxiliary Girls u12 Fastball Warriors fell to Corunna.
