LCBO and OPSEU reach tentative memorandum of agreement

The LCBO and OPSEU Liquor Board Employees Division (LBED), the Union representing 8,100 hourly employees, have reached a tentative memorandum of agreement.

The terms of the memorandum of agreement will be presented by OPSEU to LCBO employees for ratification followed by ratification by the LCBO’s Board of Directors and the Government of Ontario.

In the interim period, there will be no labour disruption at LCBO stores and warehouses across the province.
