Toy Club donates to Outreach for Hunger

The 4-H Farm Toy Club presented a cheque for $3,400 to Chatham Outreach for Hunger during their Achievement Program held April 22, 2017 at Chatham Retirement Resort.

The funds were raised at the Chatham-Kent Toy Show and Sale held in January where club members, along with the Essex-Kent Junior Farmers, provided their assistance.

Club members are, back rowm Matthew Sterling, Ryan Heyboer, Adam Smith, Alec Cameron, Kyle Ross, Ian Lawton, Brenda Leclair of Outreach, Rob Sterling-Club Leader.

At the Achievement Program, residents of Chatham Retirement Resort and guests were able to view the 1/64th scale farm dioramas that the 4-H farm toy club members created.
