The Wallaceburg Lakers split their home-and-home pre-season series with the North Middlesex Stars on the weekend.
The Lakers won in overtime 4-3 on Friday night in Walpole Island.
On aturday, the Stars topped the Lakers 6-5 in Strathroy.
After the game Saturday night the Lakers signed four more players, including: goalie Kyle Koopmans from Chatham, goalie Josh Loranger from Ingersoll, forward Josh Scott from Palmerston and 16-year-old defenceman Bailey Smith from Chatham.
The Lakers continue the pre-season with another home-and-home series with the Blenheim Blades.
The Lakers will be travelling to Blenheim on Sept 1 for a 7 p.m. start.
Both teams will battle at the Walpole Island Sports Complex on Sept. at 7:30 p.m.
