New owners looking to fill old Pizza Hut building

The owners of the former Pizza Hut property in Wallaceburg are looking to bring some new life, and business, to the McNaughton Avenue location.

Apollo Property Management posted a special offer on their Facebook page, in hopes of finding a tenant.

“Six months free rent, or, $1,500 for any lease referral,” the Chatham-based company posted on social media.

Pizza Hut has been closed in Wallaceburg for over 13 years, and sat vacant until last year, when Apollo scooped it up.

After fixing up the roof, the building was opened up earlier this year around Canada Day and fireworks were sold out of the former restaurant.

The 3,500 square foot property is located at 78 McNaughton Ave. in Wallaceburg, between the Day’s Inn and the Oaks Retirement Residence, and is zoned as urban commercial.

Anyone interested in taking advantage of their offer can call or text 519-437-5500.

Blenheim’s Fred Naclerio, the owner of Apollo Property Management and multiple other companies, was recognized as the 2017 Entrepreneur of the Year from the Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce.
