The 14th annual O’Neil Mini Farm Show is set for this weekend, just outside of Wallaceburg

The event will take place at Kim O’Neil’s farm at 6477 Stewart Line, on Saturday September 9, rain or shine from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

O’Neil said people can expect a bit of everything.

“Right from farm tractors, to antiques, toys, peddle tractors, broom making, rope making, we have got all that stuff there,” he said.

“There will be a bunch of different vendors there selling stuff.”

O’Neil said canned goods will be gathered to be given to the local food banks.

“If you come out, just bring a canned good with you and that is your entry fee. There is no monetary entry fee… canned goods are appreciated.”

O’Neil said if anybody wants to bring out an old tractor or car to display, they are encouraged to do so.

“Anything that you have that’s old. It doesn’t have to be painted or fixed up. Just bring it out. There are no fees for anything. Free to the public, free to the person bringing out antiques,” he said.

“We are going to do some ploughing out in the field. Hopefully we will do one furrow plough, get some people and see if they can run a furrow plough behind a tractor. We don’t have any horses but if you have got a set of horses, bring them.”

More details are available on their Facebook event page, here.
