Break-in and theft at Maverick Machine in Wallaceburg

Police are investigating a break-in and theft at Maverick Machine in Wallaceburg.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say sometime between Friday, September 15, and Monday, September 18 unknown suspects entered a fenced in compound at the business located at 980 Old Glass Road.

Once inside the compound, a utility shed was entered.

A Stihl Chainsaw was stolen and a large sliding bay door was damaged.

The estimated value of the chainsaw is $300 and the estimated damage value is $2,000.
