Shot gun stolen in St. Clair Township

Police are investigating after a shotgun was stolen in St. Clair Township.

Lambton OPP officials say on September 18, at 4 p.m. members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a request to investigate a daytime break, enter and theft to a residence located on West French Line in St. Clair Township.

Investigation revealed that an unknown suspects had allegedly attended and forced entry to the residence through two exterior doors.

The suspects entered the residence and removed several household types of items.

In particular, a Norica, .410 bolt action shot gun was stolen with a trigger lock affixed.

The shot gun can be identified if located at a later date.
