CK Animal Rescue recently held a rescue’s reunion at Kingston Park on September 10, 2017.
Below is a letter from CK Animal Rescue about the reunion.
“Our rescue reunion wis an appreciation day for our foster families, volunteers and adopters. Everyone who attends has a chance to see dogs who have been adopted and catch up with fun stories about the dogs and their new families. An information table is set up, a small agility course and everyone heads to the hill to have our annual group photo taken.
CK Animal Rescue was formed in October 2010 and has been helping dogs, cats and small animals find loving homes for the past 7 years. We are an all volunteer based organization with big hearts and lots of love who donate their time to the rescue.
CK Animal Rescue receives no government or municipal funding, all monies raised is generated from adoption fees, donations and fundraising events.
We thank the local community for your support! Our volunteers deserve a little recognition for all the hard work they do behind the scenes.”
