Wallaceburg’s Seth Griffith picked up an assist in his regular season debut with the Buffalo Sabres.
The 24-year-old forward controlled a bouncing puck in the first period on the powerplay against the Montreal Canadiens, and feathered a beautiful pass over to Jason Pominville, who scored with a backhand shot at the 8:30 mark.
