Tragedy has struck outside of Tilbury.
Const. Kelly Helbin, public information officer for the Chatham-Kent Police Service, told the Sydenham Current that a two vehicle collision occurred this morning on Queen’s Line, between Sinclair Road and the 401.
“One driver has suffered severe injuries and the other driver has died as a result of the collision,” Helbin said.
“The road will remain closed as the CKPS Traffic Management Unit continues with their investigation.”
Helbin said the extent of severity of the one driver’s injuries is unknown at this point.
