Mischief at Dresden Area Central School

Police are looking for information after some profane language was found written on playground equipment at Dresden Area Central School.

Chatham-Kent Crime Stoppers officials say during the overnight hours of this past week, unknown suspects were loitering in the Kindergarten playground of the Dresden Public School.

In addition to leaving a large amount of garbage, the suspects allegedly wrote a number of messages using profane language on the ground and the equipment.

“Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s assistance in preventing this activity from occurring,” Crime Stoppers officials said in a press release.

“If you know who the persons responsible for these acts of mischief are call Crime Stoppers. You could earn a cash reward. If you live in the area of Dresden Public School call the police immediately if you see anything suspicious or unusual.”
