Butler: Blanche formerly of Croton passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Meadow Park Nursing Home, Chatham at the age of 96.
Born in Dawn Township, daughter of the late Henry and Cora (Harris) Little. Beloved wife of the late Robert “Bob” Butler (2009). Loving mother of Lila & Don Babcock of Croton, Linda & Garry Gill of Toronto, Bill & Susan Butler of Croton, Beth & the late Ewan Wilson (2016) of Dresden and Harold & Linda Butler of Croton. Cherished grandma of Tracie & Harry Bradley, Alan & Michelle Babcock, Robert Gill, Ryan & Daniella Gill, Dorianne & Mike Terchuck, Regan & Apurva Patel, Rob & Candice Butler, Andrew & Andrea Wilson, Geoff & Svenja Wilson, Scott & Meg Wilson, the late Greg Butler (2002), Kris & Tom Pettit, Josh & Emma Butler and Marcie & Ryan Myers. Sadly missed by several great grandchildren.
Blanche was quietly involved in many activities but her true love was her community and farm but most of all her family.
Cremation has taken place. The Butler family will receive friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre 679 North St., Dresden on Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 12 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 2:30 p.m. A private family interment will held at 4:30 p.m. in Blackburn Cemetery, Dresden.
