MPP expands office hours in Wallaceburg

Monte McNaughton

Lambton—Kent—Middlesex MPP Monte McNaughton announced this week that he will be expanding the office hours at his Wallaceburg Community Office.

The new hours are now in effect and run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

“I’m excited to be able to expand the office hours at our Wallaceburg location,” McNaughton said in a press release.

“Since my election in 2011, we’ve been able to steadily increase our services for the families and residents of Lambton-Kent-Middlesex. The increase in hours is reflective of my focus on customer service.”

By adding a third day, the change represents a 50% increase in office hours at the Wallaceburg location.

McNaughton has four community offices throughout the riding including Strathroy, Forest, Glencoe, and Wallaceburg.

In addition, McNaughton welcomes residents from LKM to stop in and visit him while in Toronto at his Queen’s Park office.

“Coming from a small business background, customer service is king,” McNaughton said.

“That’s why we not only continue to maintain our community offices, but I also have an active website at www.MonteMcNaughtonMPP.ca. I want to make it easy for the families and residents of Lambton- Kent-Middlesex to reach me if they need help.”

McNaughton’s office is able to assist with provincial government matters such as: birth certificates, driver’s licences, Family Responsibility Office (FRO), health care (OHIP), Ontario Works (OW), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) and the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB).

In addition, McNaughton’s office can commission documents and arrange for congratulatory scrolls and government greetings for milestone birthdays, wedding anniversaries, retirements, anniversaries of groups and organizations and other special occasions.

“I also welcome opportunities to attend community events and special occasions throughout Lambton-Kent-Middlesex. Please contact my office if you would like to invite me to participate or bring greetings from the government of Ontario,” McNaughton added.
