Ritchie: Douglas Peter “Doug” a resident of Chatham passed away Monday, December 18, 2017 at the Chatham-Kent Hospice at the age of 52.
Born in Wallaceburg, son of Gordon Ritchie Sr. and the late Mildred (Couture) Ritchie. Loving father of Lisa Vince, Bryan Ritchie (Tiffany Deslauriers) and Daniel Ritchie. Cherished grandfather of Emily Ritchie. Dear brother of Gordon Ritchie Jr. (Joyce), Dennis Ritchie (Linda), Robert Ritchie (Janet), John Ritchie (Annette), Dorothy Whitmarsh, Bonnie Beuckelare (Tom) and Bernita Ritchie (Mike). Sadly missed by best friend Brent Bechard. Predeceased by brothers Francis (Peg), David and Donald Ritchie and sisters Donna Ritchie, Barb Falconer (Larry), Rose Hebert (Gerald) and Debbie Miller (Rick). Cremation has taken place.
