Mr. Bertrand “Bert” Gaudreault, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 75.
Bert was born in Chicoutimi, Quebec and was a son of the late Lionel andJeanne-D-Arc Conti Gaudreault. Beloved husband of Loretta (Vankruyssen) Gaudreault.
Loving father of Marc Gaudreault and Helene Gaudreault. Dear step-father and step-father-in-law of Gary (Marie) Gielen, Joan Gielen, Patty (Gary) Johnston, Perry Gielen, Tim (Rose-Marie) Gielen and Tammy (Steve) Morgan. Predeceased by a step-son Bryan Gielen. Sadly missed by 6 grandchildren and 14 step grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Also survived by several brothers and sisters.
Bert was an electrician and was respected in his trade. He was known as “Big Bert”, a gifted musician and recording artist, who loved to entertain and make people happy.
Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Wednesday, January 10th from 7-9 p.m. and the Funeral Service will be held on Thursday January 11, 2018 at 11 a.m. from Nicholls Funeral Home.
