Police say a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Wallaceburg on Thursday.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say officers responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian at 4:30 p.m. on McNaughton Avenue at Reaume Avenue in Wallaceburg.

Police allege that the driver, a 69-year-old Tupperville man, struck a 64-year-old woman.
