Two break-and-enter suspects were arrested in Dawn-Euphemia on Sunday morning.
OPP officials say on January 14 at 10 a.m. members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle containing two male passengers.
Police allege as a result of this complaint, officers attended an address within the 4000 block of Aberfeldy Line in Dawn-Euphemia Township, at which time they encountered the suspect vehicle and passengers.
Subsequent investigation resulted in one of the passengers being located within a nearby outbuilding and an assortment of stolen power tools located within the vehicle, police officials allege.
As a result,a 30 year-old Sarnia man was arrested and charged with the alleged offences of break, enter and theft, possession of stolen property, possess a narcotic and failing to comply with conditions.
As well, a 27 year-old Sarnia man was arrested and charged with the alleged offences of break, enter and theft, possession of stolen property and possess a narcotic.
Both suspects were held pending a bail hearing at the Sarnia Court House.
